House Sitting

We stay with your pet overnight in your home and stick as closely as we can to your pets usual routine. This creates minimal disruption to their life so their meal times and walks are when they are used to having them. Your pets will enjoy much more attention than they would in most kennels/catteries.

Plenty of fuss, attention, and activities for your pets are included in our service. If you have dogs we can include them in our day to day life as appropriate when we are not doing walks/visits for other clients. When you return your pet will be at home ready and waiting to greet you, no having to stop off at kennels on the way home from the airport or pay for an extra days boarding because you get home just after their latest collection time.

At MB Pet Services we realize that our normal packages may not suit your needs so you can add extra visits/walks, extend walks and/or the time we are there overnight with discounted additional fees. This is a very popular service and due to the level of commitment on our part, we advise early booking to avoid disappointment.

All house sits includes your pets care and some household tasks:

• Feeding, fresh water and any medications.
• Cleaning dishes, litter trays, hutches, poop scooping your garden etc.
• Playtime, fuss, and attention, putting small pets in runs etc.
• Monitoring pets health.
• Maintenance basic grooming.
• At least 1 hour of walking for dogs.
• Regular updates by text, e-mail or facebook messenger.
• Moving mail from your door.
• Plant watering
• Making your house look lived in as we will be putting lights on/off, opening/closing curtains etc.

We can cater for single pets or households with multiple pets.

Our silver house sit is most suited to people who don’t need any daytime visits. Maybe you have cats, smaller pets or just want to increase the security of their home by not leaving it completely empty. We can sometimes work outside our usual area for this type of sit for an extra fee.

Our gold house sit includes a minimum of an hour walking per day and 1 visit during the day as we don’t believe dogs should be left for long periods of time. The hour walk can be split into 2 x 30 mins or 3 x 20 mins as required.
